Robert Vicino's Master Plan for the
World's Biggest Doomsday Bunker
One of the main problems with private survival bunkers designed for your immediate Friends and family is the solitude of living in cramped quarter's for an extended period of time. What if there was a big enough bunker underground that could hold a small city with plenty of room to roam around, yet keep you safe and secure for up to a full year. Vivos Underground Bunker and Resort will have everything you need to survive a disaster with plenty of like-minded individuals to keep you occupied while you plan for what the future will now hold.

The Worlds largest Doomsday Bunker is coming to Atchison, Kansas which will hold up to 5000 people when completely finished and prepped for an entire years worth of supplies. One of the biggest advantages  having an underground complex as big as this 2 million square foot underground cave is the protection it will offer. If nothing else from the shear numbers of preppers inside to help defend from just about anything that even thinks of getting inside this fortress.

The 2 million square feet limestone cave was man-made by the U.S. Government and used for an underground storage facility for many years before it was abandoned.  Robert Vicino the owner of Vivos, said he's been searching for 30 years for a cave like this that he could essentially turn into a huge Underground Bunker/ R.V. Resort/Resort with all the amenities imaginable.

When completed in 2014, Vivo's Survival Bunker and Resort will hold up to 5000 people and 1500 R.V's which provide the sleeping quarters. The $25 million renovation will make this cave into an underground fortress with blast doors that can withstand a nuclear explosion from nearby, as well as other protection devises throughout the compound. A full time security team is always in place and ready to defend the Bunker if that day should ever come.

The cost to own your little space inside the Worlds Largest Underground Bunker is sold by the linear foot and is determined by the length of your Recreational Vehicle. A 27 foot long R.V. will run you $27,000 or $1000 per foot. There is also an additional $1500 charge per person to help pay for and stock a years worth of food, water and necessities. You just worry about getting your Family and R.V. to Atchison, Kansas and everything you will need to survive for a full year will be waiting for you.

This may be a great alternative for those that do not have the time or place to build your own Doomsday Bunker. Just from the shear number's of people that can survive in this resort cave would be a huge deterrent from those that chose not to prepare and are now willing to do ANYTHING to survive.

I sure hope they also operate Vivos Survival Bunker as an actual Resort where you can rent a R.V. spot for the weekend and see what it would be like if you had to spend an entire year underground. I for one would love to check the whole thing out before investing in a community-type Doomsday Bunker and see if we could even fit in with whoever else is down there. The big question is, can I just pitch my tent or will I have to buy an R.V. just to make reservations.
